2 Weeks Before
- Confirm cohort list and provision Kindo training org accounts
- Identify participants with existing Kindo accounts (magic links needed)
- Schedule live session (3 hours recommended)
- Identify Deloitte facilitator — complete Train-the-Trainer prep
1 Week Before
- Send pre-work modules to participants
- Distribute magic links with "check spam" note
- Facilitator runs both exercises end-to-end
- Test Demo Mode and integrations in the training org
48 Hours Before
- Send reminder: pre-work + check spam + bring questions
- Confirm all participants accepted their org invite
- Resend magic links for anyone who hasn't accepted
- Verify training org credits (Admin → Command Center)
After the Session
- Share exercise guides and Platform FAQ
- Share session recording link (if recorded)
- Capture new questions — update Platform FAQ
- Identify participants ready to become Domain 1 facilitators
